Food Service

This additional service is included with every grease trap pump-out at no extra charge. It ensures thorough evaluation of the operating conditions of the system and allows the technician to alert you to any possible problems that may impact its functionality. Results of the 10 Point Service Check are included on your service documentation for your reference.

Items evaluated include the condition of the grease trap and inlet / outlet baffles, the flow of wastewater in and out of the tank, the thickness and depth of the floatable and heavy solids and semi solids and other critical factors.  Together, these items are all interpreted and give the Russell Reid Service Technician a good indication of the functionality of the grease trap system and how well it is serving your restaurant or food processing facility.
