Community Involvement

On May 22nd, the Wellness Community / Northern Jersey Shore will hold its 3rd Annual Invitational Golf Classic at the Hollywood Gold Club in Deal, NJ.  Proceeds from the event will benefit the  TWC / NJS programs of cancer support, education and hope for those directly or indirectly affected by the illness.

The Russell Reid / Mr. John Company is an avid supporter of The Wellness Community because of its efforts to create a sense of comfort for people with cancer. Mr. John founder, Morton Weiner, died of cancer in 1989. After his death, Morton's sons continued his legacy by taking over the company and continuing the work that their father started. Having experienced the loss of a loved one to this illness firsthand, Company President Gary Weiner chose to become Vice chair on the Board of Directors for The Wellness Community.
